FC Real Madrid

Foundation (1902): Real Madrid was founded on March 6, 1902, as "Madrid Football Club" by a group of enthusiasts led by Juan Padrós. King Alfonso XIII granted the club the title "Real" (Royal) in 1920.

Early Years: Real Madrid had success in regional competitions during its early years. The club won its first Spanish Championship in 1932.

Santiago Bernabéu Era (1943-1978): Santiago Bernabéu, after whom the club's stadium is named, became the president in 1943 and oversaw a period of significant success. Real Madrid won numerous domestic and international titles, including the inaugural European Cup in 1956.

Galácticos Era (2000s): Real Madrid attracted high-profile players in the early 2000s, including Zinedine Zidane, Luís Figo, Ronaldo, and David Beckham. This era marked success in both La Liga and the UEFA Champions League.

Recent Success (2010s): Real Madrid continued its success in the Champions League, winning four titles in five years from 2014 to 2018 under the management of Zinedine Zidane.

Current Period: Real Madrid has undergone transitions in its squad and management in recent years. The club remains a powerhouse in Spanish and European football.
